Join Meg Burton Tudman and Josephine Babiarz-Bertucci for a rejuvenating day retreat in person! Our intention is to support you in creating the reality your heart desires for this upcoming summer. We invite you to plan for the day and use your PTO, you’re worth the investment in yourself! This opportunity is the antidote to burnout and discord as we prepare for the juxtaposition of the slow down and speed up of summer.
Our hearts are so full to host you at Red Bird Retreat Center in Mendon, NY. A sacred space surrounded by beautiful grasslands, grounding energy, and an abundance of inspiration. You’re welcome here and you belong here!
What to expect:
For most of the retreat we'll be outside. Meg and Josephine will guide you through yoga, meditation, journaling, noble silence, and a fire ceremony. We will also offer reiki and unique sound experiences with a special guest. We will create a safe space for you to care for yourself, go inward, and begin a personal transformation. You will have time and space for introspection and exploration.
We’ll further the community connection of this retreat and share lunch together. We'll serve quinoa salad, green salad with berries, protein balls, dried fruit, and nuts. We'll have hibiscus iced tea and water. You’re also welcome to bring your own food.
